1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the registration, purchase and payment process for entries to the Delta Awards through ADI-FAD’s digital platform.
2. Registration and payment process
Registrations are carried out via the online platform provided by ADI-FAD. Payment is made through a secure virtual POS using credit or debit card. Once payment is completed, the entry is recorded and a confirmation e-mail and the corresponding invoice are sent.
Transactions are carried out in an encrypted environment (SSL).
3. Prices, taxes and invoicing
Prices are shown in euros (€) and, where applicable, include taxes according to current regulations. The invoice is generated automatically with the data provided by the user during the registration process.
4. Shipping policy
No physical product is shipped. Registration and associated services are digital and are deemed completed at the time payment is confirmed.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Registrations for the Delta Awards are non-refundable once payment has been completed, as they provide immediate access to digital project management and evaluation services.
Refunds will only be accepted in the event of a technical error attributable to ADI-FAD or duplicate payment, subject to verification and contact via adi@adifad.org.
6. Intellectual property
Content, materials, trademarks and logos related to the Delta Awards are owned by ADI-FAD or collaborating third parties and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the contents is not permitted without express authorisation.
7. Proper use of the service
The user undertakes to use the platform diligently, provide truthful data and comply with current regulations. ADI-FAD may suspend or cancel access if it detects serious breaches or fraudulent use.
8. Limitation of liability
Without prejudice to consumers’ legal rights, ADI-FAD shall not be liable for temporary interruptions of the service due to technical causes, maintenance, supplier incidents or force majeure. Nor shall it be liable for misuse of the platform by the user.
9. Data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with ADI-FAD’s Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. Data are used to manage registrations and communications related to the Delta Awards. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability as indicated in the corresponding policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer regulations establish a different competent jurisdiction.

12. Effect and amendments
ADI-FAD may update these terms and conditions when necessary. Amendments will be published on the platform and will apply from the time of publication.
